Inner-Outer Space, a series comprising 30 small-scale canvases was created during the transformative years of 2020-2021. This series explores themes of vast, open space, minimal abstraction, color fields, futurism, and surrealist concepts, with emphasis on sharp, vibrant color. I began the work two months into the first lockdown, and while the series does not explicitly reference the pandemic, the impact of this 'new reality' on my visual language is evident.
